Rental Fees:

Full Day Rental* (8 am - midnight) - $1200.00
1/2 day Rental (6 hours) - $600.00 (ONLY AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS IN JAN-MARCH)
Each additional hour - $100.00
$600.00 down to book the date for the Banquet Hall.
NOTE: 1/2 day rentals for Saturdays only available January - March.

*If you've rented Hope Banquet Hall for a full day, you may arrive anytime after 8:00 am to begin your preparations (decorating, etc.) Cleanup and exit must be complete by 12:00 midnight.

Half Day (any 6-hour block of time) - $600.00
A Half Day rental is considered a minimum rental for any event in the banquet hall.

Rental Price Includes:
Seating up to 200 people
Tables and Chairs – We have 30, 8' X 29-1/2" rectangular tables and 3, 72" round tables.
We will share seating charts with you that can serve as guidelines as you make your decision about table and chair arrangements. Tables are designed to seat 4 on each side. Some people prefer only 3 to a side.
Trash disposal; Clean men's and women's restrooms; Free Wireless Internet service.

What About Alcohol:

There are no restrictions on alcohol use. You may bring in, and serve, anything you like. However, Morrow County is a "dry county", therefore no one may profit from the sale of alcohol. For example, you may not hire or tip a bartender, or have a "cash bar" (selling alcohol by the glass).

We ask that you please serve alcohol responsibly and make sure your guests have designated drivers following your event.



What About Smoking: 

There is to be NO SMOKING in the Banquet Hall during your stay. There are benches and proper cigarette disposal containers outside each entrance to the hall.
If you or your guests choose to smoke inside, you could be charged up to a $500.00 smoking cleaning fee;

NOTE: There are to be NO DRUGS on the property at any time, violators will be prosecuted



Wedding Events

WEDDING EVENTS MUST RENT A MINIMUM OF A FULL DAY
Full Day (8 am – midnight) - $1200.00

*If you've rented Hope Banquet Hall for a full day, you may arrive anytime after 8:00 am to begin your preparations (decorating, etc.) Cleanup and exit must be complete by 12:00 midnight.

If wedding couples want to add a half day the day prior to their wedding for decorating, rehearsal, dinner, etc., they may take possession of the hall beginning at 3:00 pm.

Additional Hours for Half Day (6-hour) Events - $100.00 per hour. 
If you plan on renting cabins with your wedding event we will hold the cabins 30 days prior to the check in date, then the first night rental fee will need to be paid to guarantee the cabin rental. 

Do couples get married at Hope Cabins and Banquet?
All the time! Since 2010, hundreds of couples have said their vows here and then celebrated with a reception. With the rental of the Hope Banquet Hall the outdoor pavilion or side yard can be used for wedding ceremonies. There is no extra charge for use of the pavilion for your ceremony. In case of bad weather, couples move their ceremonies into Hope Banquet Hall. 

Suggestion:
If you are holding your ceremony outside, we recommend you have a portable PA system, or have your DJ provide adequate sound. Otherwise, your guests will NOT hear your officiant or vows.

We offer beautiful cabins (additional charge) for the bride and groom to dress in, or your out-of-town guests to stay while in town.

If your ceremony took place outside, we ask that you please designate someone to be sure the grounds are cleared of decorations used there, including silk flower petals, live flowers, aisle runner, etc.

What is the cancellation policy?

To secure the Hope Banquet Hall, $600 is required to reserve the date for a full day and $300 for a half day. All cabin rentals follow the cabin rental cancellation policies.


Other Important Notes:
 
Your guests are welcome to wander the grounds,  walk the nature trail. The Hope Hut is also available to your guests for board and card games, balls, corn hole, etc. All we ask is that your guests be sensitive to anyone who may be staying in the cabins. There is a quiet hour after 11:00 pm. Music and partying are fine after that time as long as the doors to the Hope Banquet Hall are completely closed.

Guests in the Banquet Hall are allowed use of any of the grounds, with the exception of the cabins. Anyone causing a disturbance of the cabins and/or their renters will be asked to leave the property.
You are responsible for damages above normal wear and tear of property belonging to Hope Cabins, LLC.

Hope Banquet shall not be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, theft, or expenses of any nature resulting from any act of negligence committed by the undersigned or any invitee related to this event

Miscellaneous...

There is a weekly Bingo game which takes place in the hall (every Tuesday). The Bingo calling board, refrigerator, and monitors are permanent fixtures, and are covered with a black canvas cloth when not in use. Please do not remove these cloths. You are welcome to put bows or banners over them if you wish.

The dimensions of the hall are 40' x 85' (40' x 62' to DJ stage). There are 5, 8" square posts. The ceilings are 9' high.

We will call you a few days prior to your event to receive final instructions, along with any details.

Use of grills or large pit barbecues outside the banquet hall is permitted. (Furnish your own grills.)

Your imagination is the only limit in how you choose to decorate the hall. 2 things we request: 1) Please do not use tape, as it leaves a sticky residue on the wood and floor. You may use staple guns, tacks, putty, etc. (you provide the tools); 2) Candles are permitted, but please make sure there are no open flames (use votives, chimneys, etc.).

The shades on the windows and doors are room darkening, if you wish to make a dark, candlelit atmosphere.

The white refrigerator is available for your use. Many people bring coolers and buckets with ice to keep things cold. There is a double sink in the custodial room to rinse out dishes.
